Pre-Order Policy

As soon as Distribution announces a new product and gives us the go ahead, we will list it for presale with an expected delivery date. Pre-orders means we are taking advanced orders for the item. It has either not been released or has not yet arrived at our shop. Allocations are usually confirmed before pre-orders are announced but can change at a moment's notice. Refunds will be given in those circumstances according to a first come first serve basis.

Pre-orders are charged in full when your order is placed.  This means your items are shipped first when they arrive at the shop.

If you ordered in stock items and pre-order items or pre-order items that are not released at the same time then your order will ship once ALL items are in stock.

ALL Cancelled Pre Orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. 

The estimated shipping date will be stated in the title of the item.  This date is an estimate from the Distributor and is subject to change.
